Modern production equipped with high-precision fiber-optic laser systems, our own powder coating line, and a complete copper-aluminum heat exchanger manufacturing cycle — enabling products of any specification with consistently high quality.
Direct material procurement from manufacturers and a complete production cycle in Belarus — from cutting to final assembly — deliver competitive pricing without quality compromises. Every unit undergoes hydraulic test bench inspection: tightness verification, maximum working and test pressure of all elements. This completely eliminates the risk of failures due to manufacturing defects.
Only premium copper tubes and 0.25mm aluminum tape are used in heating element production. The combination of copper and aluminum — materials with maximum thermal conductivity — and optimally selected thicknesses deliver exceptional efficiency and heat output. Novaterm convectors are included in the professional Auditor C.O calculation program and other engineering design systems.
Continuous production expansion has enabled a flow manufacturing cycle with no warehouse inventory — every convector is made to order and shipped directly to the customer or partner store. This means minimal lead times and always fresh products.
