Warranty and Returns
The manufacturer warranty is 5 years, and the actual service life of the equipment is over 20 years.
- What warranty do you provide?
- All Novaterm products come with a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering any production defects. The actual lifespan of the equipment is 20+ years.
- Do you help with installation?
- We provide detailed installation guides and free consultation with our engineers. We can also recommend certified installers in your area.
- How to make a warranty claim
- Message us on WhatsApp, call us or email khairullin@konvectori.ge with your order or invoice number and a photo or video of the fault. We reply within one business day and, if needed, come to the site to repair or replace the unit.
- Returns and exchanges
- You can return an uninstalled unit in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, paid within 14 days of us receiving the unit; the buyer pays for the return shipping. For a manufacturing defect we cover the return shipping and replace the faulty unit with a working one.
Collect the sizes, we will work out the rest
Add the sizes you need to the estimate and send it over. An engineer will check the selection and confirm prices and lead times. It is not an order and commits you to nothing.
